Player Selection: Players are selected to join the NSA International soccer tour teams based on

the players ability, motivation, passion for the game and desire to learn

• • whether the NSA staff feels that the player can benefit from the NSA method of teaching.
  • players having supportive parents who share the NSA philosophy of youth development and are willing to abide by the NSA guidelines
  • Players ARE NOT selected simply because they are financially able to join NSA tour. Unlike some other organizations, NSA is NOT a travel agency who brings everyone who can afford it on tour..
  • Coaches Recommendations:  We strongly encourage coaches/trainers of ECNL, Development Academy, Premier, Select , Classic teams and other higher level teams to recommend dedicated players whom you think could benefit from the NSA International soccer tour experiences. They will come back to you better players.

    Cost :(subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances)

    Players:

  • Land cost TBD ; coaches, chaperones and  food and lodging provided by the tournament.
  • NSA Playing Uniform Package TBD  (you may purchase additional gear like bags and jacket)
  • Chinese Visa, Flights, additional sight seeing tours, players spending money are not included.
  • We can help arrange for flights and sight seeing tours but costs will vary depending on where you are flying from.
  • All participants must have a valid passport and Chinese visa. (it is not difficult to apply)
  • Supporters are welcome. NSA will make  the land arrangements necessary for supporters with convenient access to visit the players.Coaches and Chaperones are hired to attend to Players needs. Ratio of adults to players will be approximately 1: 5
  • International flights:
  • Since players will be coming from many different locations, we encourage participants to find their best way to meet up with the group in Qingdao.
  • Participants who wish to fly on the same flights as Coach Fred ( San Francisco )  should let us know as soon as possible.
  • The flight cost from the west coast to China will depend on how and  when the tickets are purchased. They are estimated to be between $950 – $1500.
