03/06/13 EUROTOUR 2013 update
All:
We are now in the time period where everything for the EUROTOUR 2013 will happen quickly.
This is shaping up to be another really fun trip. With the big group of players Coach Soren is bringing from Denmark and from our Swedish Clubs, we have decided to enter more teams. We are also breaking tradition and entering the older boys and girls group because some past players wish to go on one more trip before heading to college. Jan and Malte (1994 Danish boys) who were with us several years ago will join again, play and help with the younger teams. Sofia Riis from Gothenburg, who has been with NSA since she was 12 will try to arrange her work schedule so she can join as staff and may fix Swedish pancakes for all J

To make these trips successful, we require cooperation of all involved.
Following are things you must attend to now
1. passports — make sure you have a valid passport.
2. airline tickets: The airlines need the name for the plane tickets — as shown on your passport. If mistakes are made, they will charge you 150- to reissue tickets. We must work together and triple check to make sure that does not happen. Please scan and email me the name page of your passport now. I will make up the list and sent to all for verification, then I will send it to the airlines. This must all happen within the next couple of weeks… so do it now.

3. Travel to gateway city. Players from CA and HI need to make their reservations to meet the group in Seattle. Players from Glenwood Springs will arrange travel with Brad and fly out of Denver.
4. paper work, send in all the paper work to me soon.
5. Uniform order, I will be setting up an online order form soon.
6. payments: all travels have to be prepaid so it is crucial you follow the payment schedule. I make the payments when due with the funds received. If you have to deviate from the payment schedule for whatever reasons, please email me your proposed payment schedule and I will try to work with it. In any case, all fees must be paid by May. Please understand that NSA does not have funds to “float”.
7. Supporters – you must let me know the dates you will be with the group NOW so I can make the arrangement s accordingly. It is much easier for us to reserve everything with the group. That way, if there are any changes, you will not be left behind.
If for any reason you cannot fulfill your obligation, let us know now so we can make adjustments.
