This means that you can register with a a local club and also participate on NSA tournament teams with an NSA Player Pass.<\/p>\n<p>Following the philosophy and spirit of why US Club Soccer was formed, it is NSA\u2019s policy never to restrict a player from playing soccer with other organizations. Therefore, when you register with NSA, you may request and obtain a copy of your US Club Player Pass to enable you to guest play for anyone you wish with no delays nor questions by NSA. NSA Players will be exposed to soccer at the local, State, National level and above all soccer at the International Level.\u00a0 Players will be registered in the necessary organizations as needed for competition purposes.
